A housekeeping set-up with dishes and linens is available. All in all, it's a lovely and well-crafted small home in an enviably quiet and comfortable old neighborhood. Rent is all-inclusive. Owner provides internet, water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, and recycling. Tenant is responsible for cable or phone service. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not allowed in the building.
