Home is located on a corner lot with nice yard w/mature trees. Eat in kitchen with ample cabinet space. Has some replacement windows. Large laundry room that could also be used as a family. Shower only in Bath. Has hardwood floors in bedroom that need refinshing below ave and poor condition. Not sure about living room and if its hardwood under carpet. The North wall of garage is bowed out and foundation has shifted. On back small portch siding has been damaged by melting. Some peeling paint on windows and shows wear. Some outlets are not grounded. But this all can be fixed, just some hard work and it will still be a very nice home.
