The stove is also gas plus the outside grill is connected to the gas. All appliances are stainless steel heavy duty. The roof was replaced with a long lasting metal roof. There is also an outside shower. A very private and comfortable rear yard. This beach house is near the Avalon Pier and many local restaurants and attractions. NOTE: The chandelier in the dining room will be removed and replaced.
