Landlord lives less than a mile away and is responsive. There is a pool that is great for kids and adults alike. There is also a quiet sitting garden that is also lovely. Close to several main bus routes, coffee shop, Everett's groceries and there is also a swimming pool and garden for community members to enjoy! Several parks near by and two blocks away from Bancroft elementary school! Heat, water, sewer, trash included in rent amount! Renter pays electricity separately based on usage.
