Minimum lease term: 1 year, structured as a month-to-month agreement that auto-renews each month. Rent rate is for single occupancy only. If a couple or two tenants, an additional $150/month applies. No smoking or vaping inside the unit. No pets permitted. No unauthorized parties or loud disturbances. Tenant is responsible for their share of utilities unless otherwise agreed.
