Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon inquiry. There is no mailbox key access, but you can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. There is no front desk or doorman, so package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. The TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction. The apartment provides complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for your convenience. A laptop computer is not included.
