Outstanding Judgments: The application will be denied if there are any outstanding Judgments for Money. Credit Score: Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or greater. Income Verification: The household monthly income must be 3x the total monthly rent. Rental History: A good reference from a past landlord is required. Prior Evictions: The application will be denied if there is a judgment of eviction entered against the applicant within the last 10 years.
