All utilities except for WiFi included in rent. Pets allowed with $250 deposit as long as they get along with my dog. In unit laundry! No dishwasher or AC :/. Street parking. I already have the house fully furnished and stocked up, so someone with minimal belongings is ideal, but I can make space if you have more stuff. The room pictured will be yours (I will get my junk out of there haha) it can fit a queen and probably a king bed and has a big closet. Lease term Feb 1 - July 31 2025
