Applicant(s) must have no history of criminal activity (arrests and/or convictions as an adult or minor) which could negatively affect tenancy. 11. Have no indications any applicant has previously disturbed neighbors by violating noise ordinances as described in the Seattle Municipal Code. 12. Have no indications that any applicant(s) have pets or are smokers/vapers as there is no smoking/vaping or pets permitted on or inside property. 13. Applicant(s) must have good references from prior landlord(s) and no evidence of prior evictions. 14. Any applicant over 18 must also apply if named on the lease.
