**Furnished Sublet** Greetings All, We are looking to sublet our 3-bedroom/2-bath home in Southwest Durham for the summertime (June through mid-August). Rent is $2200/month + utilities. The house is located in Trotter Ridge, a quiet neighborhood situated right off of 54/I-40, and getting to UNC/Duke is a breeze. The house also has a nice deck in the back, firepit and hammock - it overlooks a wooded area in a family-friendly area of Durham. My fiance has a summer internship starting in June, and we are heading out of the triangle for the summer time. Given the short-term nature of our leave, the house will be completely furnished. Renter is responsible for utilities. Pet fee of $250 per pet applies, and pet must be approved. No smoking allowed.
