Truly a tucked away hidden gem in the chaos of LA! The owners live in the house in front of the casita and are easily reachable. Large shared backyard area for lounging, hosting friends, and grilling. Located on a hill in a safe, quiet neighborhood and street. Walking distance to Hillhurst and Vermont Avenues and popular coffee shops and restaurants like Maru, All Time, Alcove, and Camel. Less than a mile from major hospitals including Hollywood Presbyterian, Children's Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal tenant is clean, quiet, and respectful. Interested in short-term rental (1-6 months, open to weekly rate or one-year lease on a case-by-case basis). Small dogs and cats are welcomed.
