This rental house includes 2 bedrooms downstairs as well as a large room upstairs that could be used for another 1 or 2 bedrooms. Has 2 full bathrooms, one off of one of the bedrooms downstairs. Vinyl plank flooring throughout plus carpet in two bedrooms. It includes washer and a dryer as well as dishwasher. Gas range in the kitchen. Natural gas heat with central air conditioning. Tenant responsible for electric bill, gas bill (atmos), water & trash service. Tenant also responsible for mowing the grass.
The house does have it's old original windows.
The house also includes a half unfinished basement that can be used for storage. The yard is fully fenced in.
The house is currently occupied by tenants, but they will be moving out by 11/30.
Up to two cats or dogs (combined) would be allowed with extra refundable pet deposit of $700. Dogs must be under 40 lb full grown and not within the standard restricted breeds that my insurance company will not allow (can be provided upon request). Dogs should be on a leash or restraint if outside of the fenced yard.
Tenant responsible for electric bill, gas bill (atmos), water & trash service. Tenant also responsible for mowing the grass.
Due at signing: $1000 months rent + $1000 deposit + pet deposit (if applicable). If signed during the month, next months rent would be prorated.
A few requirements for the property:
-Gross income to be at least 3x rent and maintained for at least 3 months prior to application.
No evictions, minimum 600 credit rating, no current judgements for collections.
Positive rental or home ownership history/references-preferably at least 2 years.
The house will not be rented to smokers. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. There will be a fee if it is found that the property has been smoked in. Vaping is allowed.
No criminal conviction involving violence, weapons, hard drugs, theft, destruction of property, sexual crimes, felonies, or crimes involving a minor.
