Our tenants are very considerate of each other and in the halls you hardly ever hear a noise. The apartment is in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks and we have a paved parking lot for tenants car. The apartment is very clean and is a part of an historic Centralia area. We are very responsive when any up-keep is required. The apartment has 4 one bedroom units and 4 large studio units. We do not rent to anyone that smokes or has a dog. We have 3 cats now living in the building and they have created no problems. We seek out tenants that would like to live in a very well maintained historic building. Rooms are large--except the kitchen is a bit narrow. We will give tours if asked. Close to BUS LINE. The owner pays for heat The owner provides free washer/dryer use only for the renter.
