Nice recently remodeled home very spacious. Private room with direct access to the pool and patio area through large sliding door. Looking for a non smoker roommate that is comfortable taking care of the house, must be clean and extremely tidy when in the common areas like the kitchen, laundry, deck, living room and pool area as these are shared with 2 other males and we cant allow personal belongings in any of those. Looking for someone happy to help keeping the exterior of the home clean, and must be comfortable with minor tasks like keeping the yard and pool from dry leaves and/or changing the AC filter when needed and similar things any regular house will require. Room is furnished and includes a TV but can be unfurnished. Bathroom is private although might need to share with owner when owner is in town. Owner stays at the property one weekend every 2 to 3 months to check on the property about 5 weekends a year in total. If you think you might be a good fit please get in touch.
