Leaves, branches etc can be just tossed over the fence. No hauling. It is located at then end of a long oval loop so it is like living in a cul-de-sac with little drive by traffic. A town Park is just a 1/4 mile walk behind the house, and Syracuse's primary recreational area Onondaga Lake Park, are only 1 mile away. Syracuse University, the hospitals, and downtown are just a 12 minute drive. Tenant pays all utilities (gas/electric & water) including lawn mowing & snow plowing. Trash collection included in taxes. I prefer a two year lease, and would consider reducing the rent to $2700 for that. Neat, Non Smoking tenants Only. Pet fee required but negotiable.
