Additional services include a mid-stay clean for $320 plus tax, BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool and spa heating is unavailable from June to September. The Solterra Community is ideally situated for easy access to the Disney Parks, just 10-15 miles away, making it a perfect base for exploring the area's attractions. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. A valid driver's license is required at check-in. Violating the age requirement will result in eviction without a refund. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, with a penalty fee of $250 for any evidence of smoking. Pets are not allowed, and if an unauthorized pet is discovered, a non-refundable fee of $500 will be charged. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with door codes deactivating at 10 AM.
