Very large 8' x 12' mineral hot springs tub that is shared by everyone staying here. Less Than a block away from Rotery park on the Rio Grande River and the city pool is a block away, Elephant Butte lake is 5 miles north and Caballo Lake is 11 miles south of Truth or Consequences. The property is within walking distance to downtown truth or Consequences bar, restaurants and several Hot Springs Spas. This unit comes with everything you need pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave, smart TV'S in the living room and bedroom, sheets, towels and blankets. And ceiling fans in the bedroom and kitchen. The smart TV's have several streaming apps., Disney plus, HBO Max and Hulu. $1,250 monthly or month to month lease, $300 deposit and $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. $130 per night plus taxes for the 1st night $85 per night after the 1st night. $350 weekly plus $50 cleaning fee. Please note cigarette smoking is allowed outside only. And there is an outdoor cigarette smoker on the property. No application fee for month to month leases on the unit. Sorry no pets.
