All applicants must earn 3 times the rent each month, pass back ground check and must have completed the application process. Tenant will need $1035 or 1535+ application fee to move in. Our application fee is $50 per adult tenant. We do not allow smoking in any of our properties, but smoking can be done on the porch. tenant must provide their own stove and refrigerator prior to moving in, all utilities must be in tenant's name prior to moving in as well. House has baseboard heaters and no central air, steel entry doors on front & back, new tiled floors, and much more. We accept pets but we charge a non refundable pet fee of $250 with lease and $35 each month there after. Pet has to be approved prior to moving into property. Bite insurance must be obtained prior to pet moving in as well. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, all appliances and yard work.
