    Lovely, well maintained 2 story home on the par 3, #4 hole of Ironwood Golf Course in the Ironwood subdivision on the northern edge of Normal, IL. Our home sits on a 100 X 150 lot with beautiful perennial flowers and hostas. The backyard is wide open with a view of the golf course and down the fairway to hole #5. Our screened in porch has provided endless times of enjoying our beautiful backyard, playing cards, eating meals and watching the golfers. On the interior we have a very unique in-law suite which is entered via the main floor laundry room but it also has its own exterior entrance with a wheelchair ramp along the west side of the house. The suite is 560 sq feet. It has a family room with kitchenette (cupboards, counter, sink with disposal, counter top range and a mini fridge), a nice size bedroom with closet, a bathroom with shower and tiled floor, and another smaller coat closet off the family room. The suite has it's own dedicated gas fireplace with blower and remote control. This can be used for a wide variety of situations: family, guests, slumber parties, office space just to name a few. It is a very unique space which could also serve as a full time main floor master suite. In 2019, we put in ¾ inch hard wood flooring in the family room and new carpeting in the bedroom. The rest of the house boasts 4 nice size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs have ¾ inch hard wood flooring and are serviced by a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom, is carpeted and includes it's own full size bathroom. The main floor ½ bath and laundry room are tiled. The kitchen was updated in 2013 with new stainless steel appliances, 3/4 inch hard wood flooring and quartz counter tops. The 1,400 sq ft. basement has 900 square feet of finished and carpeted areas which includes two multipurpose rooms and a large rec. room. There is also a full bathroom with a tiled shower, toilet, and pedestal sink. The rest of the basement is unfinished for: mechanicals, a workshop, and storage area. The 3 car garage is dry walled and painted with new garage doors in 2017. The asphalt shingled roof was replaced in 2014 and a new water heater was installed in 2019. All the toilets in the house are elevated and elongated and all ceiling fans are Hunter brand, except for two. Square footage for entire house is 4,600 and this includes the in-law suite, main floor, and basement
