    This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other occupant and is currently available for rent in a cozy fully furnished 3-bedroom/2 bathroom house that has a quiet enjoyable nonsmoking environment. Each of the 3 bedrooms in the house is rented separately. Each bedroom will be rented to a responsible Adult, who will be courteous and respectful to other tenants in the house, and, their use of the common areas, in order for the house to remain clean and sanitary between the times housecleaners come twice a month and clean the the shared living spaces (laundry area, kitchen and living room), and the bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms in the house are already rented to responsible adults, so only the listed bedroom is available for rent. The house is located approximately 4 blocks from the SoFi Stadium and the Clipper's INTUIT DOME in Southwest Inglewood, which borders the South Bay Area. Electric, gas, water, WiFi and twice-a-month housecleaning is included in the rent payment. There is a washer and dryer in the house, a TV in each bedroom, plus a TV in the living room. The house has central air conditioning and heating. The property is gated, has security lighting outside, and there is free parking on the property. Tenant will occupy and pay rent for the available bedroom and have access to all common areas of the house, which are shared with two other tenants, who each rent and occupy their own bedroom in the house. All utilities, wifi, twice a month cleaning of common areas, and off street parking is included in the monthly rent of Payment of $1,550 is due by day of move in, and on the first day of every month thereafter. Minimum stay is 30 days (month-month lease agreement), which means the signed lease agreement will be for at least one month, but can be for several months or more.
