    What the owner loves about this home
    I love watching the sunsets over the mountains behind the house and the sunrises and view of the other mountains from the living room and the dining room. This location is so nice for being close to everything but situated with half an acre of fenced land so that it feels rural. My chickens have done really well here. Also the fact that the home is ground set makes it very practical with NO STEPS or STAIRS!!! And the inside layout is the best I have ever seen in a manu very comfortable and spacious. Lots of room for parking off street!! And for a big shop, (New neighbors are building one now.) or maybe more garden beds and some fruit and nut trees. Sprinkler system runs to the back of property too.
