Free Wi-Fi, and included utilities with rent. Very nice area, along with coin laundry on-site. Private entry into the room and the current tenants are quiet and respectful. If interested, must show proof of income along with full Zillow application or ability to pay credit check (65$). No smoking inside, no loud noises at night, be respectful to other tenants, no pets. Do not make a mess of the room or the surrounding areas. If moving out, leave room the way you got it, any damages will be taken out of deposit.
