Our utilities depend on how much we're home, Basically, our highest summer electric bill runs less than $600. Our highest winter gas bill depends on how much we use the spa (and we use it a LOT in the winter)...maybe $500 at the most. A major addition was finished in 2004...new family/media room on level one, and a new master suite on level two. New roof over entire home at during that remodel. Major landscape project, that included a new pool and spa, was completed July 2012. Salt water pool and spa was designed and built by Diamond Pools...those guys were AWESOME to work with.
