There is a woodstove, and it's very efficient for heating the house in the winter. I currently have wood for purchase at cost. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage, renter must pay electricity and any Internet. A $1500 deposit is due at the time of signing the lease and $250 is nonrefundable.
