The neighborhood has homes of all ages, from early Craftsman houses to other modern homes like this. It is a quiet, low-traffic area, and several neighbors are upgrading their older homes, which is a nice thing! It's easy to get places; ten minutes or less to Seward Park, 15 minutes to meet friends at West Seattle's Alaska Junction or to South Lake Union, it's a great neighborhood!
