Our roommate for the last 4 years moved to Arizona for work! We're looking for a nice roommate in the house! We like a healthy dose of communal activities like cooking together or chatting over beer and ice cream! Room: Master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet. House: 4 Rooms, 3.5 baths in a new townhouse Amazing neighbors, many of us know each other personally. Awesome roommates! 10 min walk to Columbia City Light rail station. Light rail view (for a train fan like you!) Comcast internet / Wifi (included in utilities) Central A/C Gas stove / oven Garage room for storage Can be furnished if needed Location: 10 min walk to Columbia City Light Rail Station 15 min walk to Microsoft connect 5 min bike ride to Safeway and QFC Next to Route 106 Bus Stop 6 months lease then month to month. $100 utilities per month in addition to monthly rent. No pet. No firearms. Credit check required. No additional cost to potential tenants. House Rules: - Garbage collection Thursday morning, please take garbage out Wednesday night. Roommates take turns removing garbage. If roommates don't take turn, then we will assign garbage take-out responsibility. - Dishes: Clean up your dishes within 12 hours, preferably no dishes left overnight. If you break anything, please tell me about it. - Deposit will be used for cleaning if you don't return the house / room in the initial condition. If house / room conditions warrant cleaning services, it'll be deducted from your deposit. Manager reserves the right to do a monthly review on cleanliness. - Sleepover Guests: Notify roommates at least a day before the sleepover, preferably 3 days before. Maximum stay is 10 days in a month, unless all roommates are okay with extensions - Please don't flush stuff down the toilet that would clog it - No Firearm or weapon of any kind on premise - Timely communication is expected. Please reply to text messages or emails within 24 hours. Anything is possible if you open up and communicate your honest thoughts and intentions.
