Good piece of land. Secluded, in a quiet neighborhood. I was told that it is a wet area, by a person who was interested to buy and went to check it out. Last time I've been there i saw water around the perimeter and found a huge turtle, so i think there's some truth to that. Lot is WOODED! Not sure about how utilities work in that area, if it's connected to anything at all, but neighbors live all around the area so i imagine they're there. I'm happy to get rid of it, as i'm going abroad soon and won't have time to play with it anytime soon.
