The large bedrooms offer plenty of space, with king beds in almost every room, and additional sleeping arrangements including sofas, a sofa bed, and a 'triple' bunk bed with a full bed and two twin beds. Pool and spa heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. There is no place quite like LA. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in the reservation. Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. A local security patrol will be monitoring the community. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM-8 AM) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation.
