All five HVAC systems were completely removed and new high efficiency heating and high efficiency air conditioning components were installed in March 2019. Two new high efficiency mini-split heat pump systems were installed (in the walk out basement living room and the walk out basement bedroom) because they have a humidity cycle and can be used cheaply to control for additional moisture. All 7 HVAC systems are fully controlled through the Internet. All 43 windows in the house have been replaced with high efficiency replacement windows in October 2019.
