Located in Adams point, you will be a few blocks from lake Merritt, uptown, piedmont and there access to the freeway. You will also be within walking distance of the Oakland rose gardens, whole foods, equator coffee, several nice restaurants on grand and the Saturday farmers market. Access to 880/580 and 24 freeways very close to property. Closest BART station is 19th ave station, about a 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. The ADU and house are surrounded by massive oak trees and protected from most street noises. Parking can be available for additional cost but there is ample street parking usually available for free. Small dogs/pets are accepted on a case by case bases with extra cleaning fee and damage deposit. Electricity, gas, heat and water are included in rental terms. This is a short term fully furnished rental. 3 weeks to 6 months available, but not long term. Owner pays for water, gas, electric and internet. No smoking on property. Small pets are on a case by case basis and require a higher cleaning fee and damage deposit. A cleaning fee of $350 will be deducted from damage deposit at end of lease. For terms of 2 months or less rent in full is paid up front, for terms 3 months or longer first and last are due at signing.
