The space The one bedroom loft provides a comfortable sleep for 4 people. There are several amenities and we have someone nearby to assist you should anything go wrong. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself Other things to note We offer coffee, tea, cream, and sugar. Due to the building being a historic structure it is not handicap accessible. There are a few steps within the building and the loft has steps to get to the bathroom and bedroom. Unit is fully furnished; renter is responsible for any and all damage to items within the unit and will be charged a replacement fee for the original cost of the item. Renter will pay a flat rent fee of $2200 which includes all utilities: water, electric, and internet/wifi. There is no parking available with this unit, renter will be responsible for finding their own parking at the several nearby parking lots and garages. No more than 2 renters can occupy the space. Rent is due on the first of every month. This space is designed for a 1-2 month stay, no long term leases.
