Private bedrooms available in a single family home on a quiet street in Irvine, CA. I have two bedrooms available, each bedroom is being rented out separately.
Each bedroom has dedicated keyed lock.
Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, accessible within the bedroom (en-suite)
Each bedroom has a very large walk in closet that is easily the size of a master bedroom's walk in closet with built in shelves, hangers, and drawers.
Bedroom is located on 2nd floor.
Bedroom 1 has a fireplace for decor. 17x14' (rent $1550)
Bedroom 2 has a dedicated balcony. Sliding door leads out to private balcony that oversees the back yard. 14'x14' (rent $1450)
Bedrooms comes unfurnished. However if interested there is a sectional sofa if someone would like to keep it in a bedroom please let me know. Bedroom is so large that the sectional sofa only takes up 1/5th (or less) of the bedroom floor space.
The upstairs loft, downstairs family room, living room, kitchen and dining space are shared by those in the house but there is room to go around in this ~5,500 sqft home. Parking is never a challenge with 3 driveway spots and street parking on a residential street with only residential traffic (not a through street). Kitchen is HUGE and open area that then flows into the family room area. House has walk in pantry as well as half bath for guests downstairs near the kitchen.
Laundry room is located inside the house on 2nd floor.
House has working professionals in their mid-30's in two of the existing bedrooms. Tenants are quiet, respectful, friendly and courteous.
Utilities are not included but are divided amongst the residents, including: Gas/Water/Power/Trash/Gardener/Internet/DirecTV

Only 1/10th of a mile from HWY 5 and Culver Blvd Exit. 5min to Tustin Costco and Tusin Marketplace. 10 Min to the District at Tustin Legacy, 5 min walk to Grocery stores like Ralphs, Mitsuwa, Trader Joes and the food at Culver Marketplace. 10-12min drive to UC Irvine campus.
