This large property is located in a great area, walking distance to downtown Ojai! If you love spending time outside, gardening, working on art projects...there is plenty of room to do it all. You would be sharing the house with a mature man (the owner) and another male housemate. The owner is well known for his mosaic sculptures around Santa Barbara and enjoys collaborating with other artists. The room available is filled with natural light and overlooks the large backyard. You will be sharing the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom and outdoor space) with 2 housemates. All utilities come to $150 per month per person. We do a background and credit check.
