A month's worth of current pay stubs must be turned in with the application. A $175 administrative fee is required to reserve the home as well, and that will officially take it off of the market for you. Once the home is reserved, we need the application(s) (and application fee(s)) if not paid with the admin fee) within 24 hours in order to continue holding the unit. If application is declined, we will return a total of $50.00. Please also note, the applications require a handwritten signature.
