You would need to drive 11 miles to the nearest gas station in Deer Trail, 20 miles to the nearest grocery in Limon. The house is a small cottage with 1 bath and 2 bedrooms (1 of which is teeny). The yard has a fenced area and off street parking. New everything - furnace, appliances, roof, floor, ceiling, electric, walls, etc. Easy care tile and laminate floors throughout. Very cute if Agate makes sense for you. Tenant pays for utilities which includes propane tank, electric service through Mountain View Electric, and water through Agate Water.
