Master bedroom has a window AC unit, beautiful king-size teak sleigh bed, and a private bath with extra large shower. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower. This house is part of a large, gated property where the main home is owner occupied. There's a shared washer/dryer in the carport. Outdoor shower for rinse-off from the beach. Designated parking for one car on the street, directly in front of the property. There's a $200/month utility fee which includes water, electricity, WiFi, gardening service, standard cable TV and pest control service. Great neighborhood! Very quiet, peaceful, friendly folks, amazing beach. No smoking, inside or out. One pet will be considered on a case by case basis. (with pet deposit) One indoor cat or possibly a very cat-friendly dog (I have my own indoor-outdoor cats on the property). Square footage approximately 1,050. House shown by appointment only. There is a $200/month fee for utilities. This includes water, electricity, standard cable TV, WiFi, yard service and pest control service. No smoking (inside or out). One indoor cat is allowed (with pet deposit). A small, very cat friendly dog might be considered. There is a one year lease. Shorter leases will be considered (three month minimum), but the rental price will be higher.
