Second bedroom has lots of windows facing the garden, with nice ocean breezes. Third bedroom is often used as an office by renters. Windows face front porch and garden. This house is part of a large, gated property, with two additional small rentals. There's a shared washer/dryer in the carport. Outdoor shower for rinse-off from the beach. Designated parking for one car on the street, directly in front of the property. Owner lives on-site. A $200/month fee towards utilities, which includes water, basic electricity, WiFi, and yard service and pest control service. Great neighborhood! Very quiet and peaceful, with the most amazing beach.
