It's a month to month lease. Open to 3 months lease. One month security deposit. It is semi-furnished. We have beds and built in couches. But you will need a dining room table, and chairs. We will pay for pool and pond maintenance and will come twice a month to do landscaping. There are indoor plants that will need care and watering. Renters have to be comfortable with that.
