This is an 80/20 55+ Community. As much as 20% of the population can be 18 to 55 years old. There is plenty of room here for this demographic. Mill Pond Crossing has the feel of an upscale, rural residential area while being close to a wonderful shopping center with theaters, restaurants, retail stores, supermarket and two urgent care facilities. The Exeter hospital is 20 minutes away. It has easy access to the main highways and is just 30 minutes from NH beaches. The Community holds events year-round in the Clubhouse. There are voluntary community events, menâs breakfast, ladiesâ luncheon, monthly book club, card night, pizza party, cookouts and a Christmas party (see the photos of the Clubhouse). Take comfort in knowing that all water and septic systems have backup generators and the Clubhouse has a backup generator in case of emergency. Showings begin on 7/28 from 2 to 4pm.
