Warm and cozy in winter cooled in summer. Full kitchen and a clawfoot tub with shower. Friendly community some residents have been renting for 15 years this includes a college admistrator professor, artists, office mangers and musicians. There is a friendly community feelings. You feel watched out for. The compound is just over the county line 9 block from downtown Main Street Durango. I live on sight. Rental price include all utilities and wi-fi. Agreement may be canceled with 1 month notice on last day of the month. Cleaning fee of 200. will deducted from deposit of deep cleaning. Renter is responsible for limiting noise as to not disturb other residents. Loud or large parties are not permitted. Cats are permitted. Rent musts be received (PayPal, Venmo or Zella) by direct deposit on the 1st day of each month. If rent is not received by the 1st a 30 evection is triggered.
