I understand that finished basements done according to code can be now added to living square footage this would make total sqft of my condo=2500sqft..Also replaced in Dec 2006 second floor hallway,and two bedrooms all hardwood plus new hardwood stairs and new ulta modern railings orginally carpeted stairs and bedrooms.All flooring stairs and railings in all rooms except the bathrooms and the kitchen are hardwood.
