We have a small herb garden and have grown vegetables in containers including a window box. Simonton double-hung vinyl windows installed in June 1998. Duncan Roofs installed Elk Prestique Plus 40 year dimensional shingle roof in June 2001. Bathrooms updated in 2001. This house is not being staged and we are in the midst of packing. A/C system just checked out by Father & Sons A/C. We're on Budget Billing with Duke Energy, which means our usage is averaged every 6 months; for 2 years our monthly bills have been less than $100.
