We have adopted a Non-Smoking Policy for our property. 1 month deposit ($2200.00) with good credit. 1 year lease minimum. 1 Cat or 1 dog (no size restrictions, we do have breed restrictions due to insurance) no additional pet deposit, rent, or fees for first pet. 2 pet maximum. Fees paid by renter: $30 credit check fee paid in cash $31 if paid by credit card. No checks accepted.
