This building in downtown is known for the lights that hang over the streets at night. This is a very quiet building with laundry and trash on each floor, elevators, and staircases. 24-hour security is on-site and the management office is in the building as well. The best restaurants are right outside the door: KazuNori for Sushi, Blossom Vietnamese, Badmaash for Indian, and Grand Central Market for everything in between (but Covid, so get takeout). Metro stops and Little Tokyo are 2 blocks away. Ralphs and Amazon Fresh deliver to the door. Bike lanes surround the area and there is plenty of parking for a fee at the adjacent structure, or across the street. You're going to love it here. (The current tenant moves out in October.
