Two-story New York style loft in Downtown Los Angeles with high ceilings, tons of natural light flowing in from the two-story windows, large bathroom with a huge mirror, and plenty of closet space. This is a dream top floor unit in the old bank district of downtown, with exposed beams, original concrete floors, and central heating/ac. The upstairs area comfortably fits a two-person office and a queen-sized bed. The back area is large enough for a sofa set, a coffee table, and a library or workshop. You could fit 30 people in the bathroom at the same time and no one would be in the tub (but Covid, so test that out later). This building in downtown is known for the lights that hang over the streets at night. This is a very quiet building with laundry and trash on each floor, elevators, and staircases. 24-hour security is on-site and the management office is in the building as well. The best restaurants are right outside the door: KazuNori for Sushi, Blossom Vietnamese, Badmaash for Indian, and Grand Central Market for everything in between (but Covid, so get takeout). Metro stops and Little Tokyo are 2 blocks away. Ralphs and Amazon Fresh deliver to the door. Bike lanes surround the area and there is plenty of parking for a fee at the adjacent structure, or across the street. You're going to love it here. (The current tenant moves out in October. Their italian leather sofa set and storage units pictured are available, if desired, for a small fee.)
