One Bedroom Loft in Historic Hellman BuildingThis one bedroom loft is on the 4th floor of the Hellman Building and faces Main St. It gets great light and has a full bathroom.All of our units come with a gas oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.Parking for residents is available for $150/month for a single unreserved space, $200/month for a single reserved space and $300/month for tandem-reserved parking. We pay for your water, gas and trash, and you are responsible for electricity, parking, phone (landline), internet & cable (DirecTV). Pets are more than welcome here with NO PET DEPOSIT!
