We reserve the right to charge minimum cleaning fees of $500 for allegedly smoking in the house. (please dispose of ashes properly). Trash & Recycling: Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycle according to the provided bins/instructions. Residents are responsible to coordinate with each other to put trash outside for trash company collection. For trash day please refer to the trash schedule. We reserve the right to operate the surveillance in the area listed above with your consents. If something were to happen during your stay, the footage from our surveillance can be used to prove your innocence in fraudulent claims and protect us and our guests in criminal investigations.
