Furnished unit with access to a common outdoor BBQ area. This is a small unit perfect for one person or a couple. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Parking for one vehicle. 30 day minimum, month to month rental. Owner lives on the property as well. Great Tahoe location a few blocks from both the Lake, in one direction, and the casinos, Heavenly gondola, and the new Target shopping center in the other direction. For longer term tenants the owner pays water and garbage. First and last month rent plus a $200 non refundable cleaning fee is required. If renting one month for vacation, or 90 day traveling nurse, etc., owner will provide gas/electric/internet for an additional fee. This can be negotiated. For years this has been occupied by one person. A couple would be okay but one vehicle is preferred. Parking spot for one vehicle, second would be tandem. There is also one guest parking spot shared by all. Sorry, not pet friendly. Busy street and there is no yard. No smoking please.
