This is a 4 plex tucked in between the Quality Inn and Coachman Hotel. The Little house in the (not so) big city. There is a loft if you have a guest.
I do my best with snow removal but am not always home. You will need Four wheel drive and be able to manage in the snow. It's been dry so far this winter but we can sometimes get feet overnight, as shown in the photo. My tenants usually help some. At least with their own path. This unit is the front with French doors so you would need to clear your two small steps at least. I do provide shovels, a broom and ice melt.
This unit is fully furnished with washer dryer and access to a common outdoor BBQ area come spring. Cleared now for winter snow.
This is a small unit perfect for one person or a couple. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Parking for one vehicle.

For years this has been occupied by one person. A couple would be okay but one vehicle is preferred.
Parking spot for one vehicle, second would be tandem. There is also one guest parking spot shared by all.
Sorry, not pet friendly. Busy street and there is no yard.
