    I am subletting my top-floor, corner apartment in Glover Park. The apartment is 1100 square feet, has parquet wood floors throughout, and windows on three sides. There is one large bedroom with an office space in it, and one small bedroom, full bathroom with tub, full kitchen, dining area and a spacious living area. There is a new queen sized memory-foam bed as well as closet and dresser space in the large bedroom, and new full-sized memory foam bed in the smaller one.The apartment is fully furnished and well appointed, including all necessary appliances, kitchenware, and an extensive library. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building, and exercise facilities one block away (included in rent). There is a D1 and D2 bus stop 50 feet from the building entrance, and Wisconsin Avenue buses are a short walk away. The apartment is convenient to the Georgetown main and medical campuses, as well as American University. Grocery stores, pharmacies, dining and other shopping options are within short walking or bus distance. All utilities are included in rent, including internet; there is a Smart TV, and an AC unit in the bed and living rooms. A Glover-Archbold Park trailhead is immediately outside of the building, providing the opportunity for miles of jogging, light hiking and walking (see photo with view into park from apartment). The apartment is a third-floor walk-up with key FOB entrance. I have a dog (visible in photos) but she will also be gone for the fall. Happy to provide FaceTime/Zoom video tour or to schedule socially-distant in-person visits. Timeframe: flexible move-in date any time before September 15 and continuing through the beginning of January, with the possibility to extend into the spring. $2,000/month all utilities included; pets allowed (pet rent is $50/month and each needs an application); no security deposit; background check and $35 application fee required prior to move-in; duration of sublet is flexible; no reserved parking (but street parking in the area is not difficult to find); 3rd floor walk-up
