    Exterior Features: Siding needs replacement or serious repair. Rotting wood on soffits. -Exterior doors are very damaged and need replacement. Storm door on front of house will not close. Main door on front has glass broken out and has plastic over the opening. The door is jammed closed and not able to be opened. -Garage door seems to be in reasonable condition and was likely replaced within a few years. -Roof condition is unknown due to the large amount of snow covering it. -Lower level windows are newer. Upper level windows need replacement. -Foundation looks to be in good condition. Although there is clearly a leak in the basement wall and the cause is unknown. Interior Features: -Serious amounts of interior wall damage. -lower level is mostly worn and warped wood paneling that needs replacement. where there is Sheetrock it is covered in torn wallpaper. or has large holes. -Some of the panel ceiling in the lower level is in ok condition but should really be replaced with Sheetrock. -All floor covering needs replacement. throughout. -Not sure if one upper level bedroom is conforming. -Main floor bathroom is in need of extensive repairs. Tub, Sink, toilet, tile all need to be replaced. -Lower level bathroom is also in need of complete overhaul except the sink could possibly be salvaged. -Kitchen cabinets are in rough shape but could possibly be salvages with some new doors and repair/refinishing. -Kitchen appliances are old and do not appear to be functional. The Refrigerator is missing. -kitchen ceiling needs to be replaced. -Electrical is not updated and is not up to code. -Basement was finished at one time but likely due to water damage the carpet has been pulled up and any Sheetrock down there is warped. -Basement walls show signs of heavy amounts of mold behind the wallpaper. -Steps to upper and lower level are not up to code and the upper steps seem to be dangerous. both stairways lack adequate handrails. Location is on a main road with a mix of single family and warehouse/industrial buildings. A rough estimate of needed repairs on this house is roughly $50,000 to $60,000 depending on what level of material is used.
