Welcome to our home with an amazing VIEW! This amazing architecture of a home has all the conveniences desired. This private room w/in our home is located on a private street in a quiet neighborhood. Hop on PA28, which you can take directly to downtown, Lawrenceville, the universities, hospitals and more (5-10 mins away). Please note: Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor the House Rules. If staying for a month or more, you must sign a lease agreement. Our home has a total of 2 units, and this main unit has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This private room has 1 Queen Bed. The bathroom is also private, other living spaces are shared with other guests. Our kitchen is full with dishware like martini glasses, a Keurig, utensils, and different cooking supplies. Smart TV, great closet space, and plenty of living room seating offers all the basic perks & amenities. With lots of windows to see the river and Pittsburgh skyline (especially at night!!), comfy furnishings & personal touches, this is a great place to lay your head after a day of city life! Guests have access to their private room and bathroom, the living rooms, and kitchen are shared. This home is our main unit. Both units on the property are separate and have their own entrances. The other shared spaces on the property are the backyard and driveway, which you will share with other guests residing in this main unit along with the secondary unit. Guests can only park in the driveway. You must sign a lease agreement if staying for a month or more. We provide common area housekeeping every 2 weeks during your stay! Guests are allowed to book for 1 month or longer! Please treat our home with the same respect as your own. We've worked hard to create a welcoming space for our guests. Booking confirms your agreement to a security deposit hold, which will be released after check-out if all house rules are honored. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all registered guests follow these rules. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. We require names, phone numbers, and photo IDs for each guest. Additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and may incur fees up to $50 per guest per day. Unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fee per person per night and may lead to termination of your stay. Parties or events will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Small gatherings must follow all house rules. Allow access for maintenance if needed; we'll notify you in advance when possible. Please keep the property secure by locking windows and doors when not in use. No smoking inside. Smoke outside and dispose of butts responsibly. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Excessive noise may lead to eviction and forfeiture of your deposit. Do not tamper with locked doors or security cameras. Guests are allowed to book 1 month or longer!
